    Couples counselling
If you are experiencing problems in your relationship you might like to try couples counselling. Alternatively, you might prefer to talk through your concerns about your relationship with a counsellor in a one-to-one session. To help you decide which is right for you consider the following:

  • is the problem something personal to me or is it a problem within our relationship?

  • is my partner open to the idea of attending relationship counselling?

  • do I feel ready to embark on relationship counselling or would I benefit from some individual counselling first?
